Since the 2008-2009 recession, the housing market has made a significant comeback and is going on very strong. The market is stable and having high selling prices. Although, forecasts of a 2020 recession could come into play once again. This economic trend would affect housing prices and level of stability. Right now, this short period would be the best time to sell extra property before the market takes a hit.C) Prototypical Customer:
I believe the prototypical customer would be the individuals who are in higher income brackets that have excess properties to sell.D) Level of Exploitation:
This opportunity would be relatively difficult to exploit because finding the target audience and convincing them of selling their property and involve a lot of risk and money movement. In addition , the amount of time it would take to go through the steps of convincing, selling, etc. would have to happen quickly.E) How I Saw This Opportunity:
I saw this opportunity from using past economic trends back from 2008-2009 to predict future trends, using expert analysis. People who are in the car market looking for a cleaner, greener alternative to the traditional gasoline-powered car. People who have the funds to put in a large initial purchase, but will benefit financial down the line.D) Level Exploitation:
This opportunity would be relatively easy to exploit because the buy-in isn't risky as the electric car options are being as reliable and dependable as any car available. In addition, the target audience would be able to afford the electric car market in the future because the major car companies coming into the market with the intent of trying to make one of first affordable electric cars.E) How I Saw This Opportunity:
I saw this opportunity because of my deep passion for Tesla and electric cars. Tesla was able to provide new and cleaner alternative, which shocked the car market. I believe knowing about them and the emission problem in the early 2010 would have given any investor an edge in see the potential of this opportunity.
