What: My need differs from other needs; although, it surrounding a singular topic of discussion that can be accidentally associated with other types of banking or financial situations such as taking out a loan or opening up a checking account. All the interviewees stated that my need differ due to its complexity. For most of what the interviewees said, credit can be built many unique and different ways that can be catered to each individual. Unlike a bank account, which has only a few ways of opening and closing an account.

Why: The interviewee's input came from an outsider's perspective to give unbiased or knowledgable advice. Someone who's indifferent of my opportunity for building credit would give an unbiased opinion on the opportunity or my solution compared to someone who might have too much invested in the matter. Also, an individual with credit building experience could give a few tips and pointers from their personal experiences or decision surrounding credit building.
