Final Reflection
1) After going through my previous posts, a lot of memories came back to mind, which some were being good and some were being bad. My highest moment was finally completing the Venture Concept No. 2. Just all my hard work I put into this class, I finally put together all work together onto one assignment. My entire semester was in that one assignment, and to say that I'm proud of my work is an understatement. My lowest moment was getting rejected by all the people for interviews. Although, I'm glad for each rejection as it has made me develop my thick skin.
2) My most formative experience was also my most joyous experience. Doing the elevator pitches were quite interesting. I remember not being able to speak coherently nor remember my speech for the 90-second pitch. After two trials, my final pitch showed so much of my progression in public speaking and commanding the attention of a room.
3) I do think I have moved closer to developing my entrepreneurial mindset. Although, I do not think I am at the level I thought I'd be at the beginning of the semester. The reason being is because I had high expectations and did not think the journey would be this difficult. Now, I have a new profound respect for entrepreneurs, and I hope to see myself continue my progression after I finished ENT3003.
4) One recommendation for students who are going to journey down this path in the future is to have an open mind to a lot of the assignments. I remember some of the assignments seemed daunting at first. Yet, over time, I became comfortable interviewing people and having myself recorded. I would tell them it's a long rewarding journey. So, the amount of effort you put in is the amount of reward you will get in the end.

I too though that the elevator pitch was the biggest thing I took away from this class. It was fun to see myself as well as others grow from pitch #1, to #2, to #3 and just get better, and more comfortable overall. I remember doing my first pitch and kind of just rambling on. But by my final one, I had mastered it down. I feel like this helped me grow in public speaking, not just in the entrepreneurial field. I also feel like having that skill in your back pocket is something that can be really helpful, even if you are not focusing on a product market. I am glad to hear you enjoyed this class!
